She began her career in New York City in corporate finance as a Controller, then transitioned into real estate where she quickly recognized a serious gap: many Spanish-speaking families lacked clear guidance, strong representation, and access to trustworthy information. That realization shaped her purpose and her practice: to educate, empower, and lead clients confidently through every step of the process.

Proven Short Sale Specialist (2010–2015)

During the short-sale years, Ruth handled a high volume of Queens short sales at a time when many transactions required extensive attorney-led paperwork and lender coordination. She became known for staying on top of bank requirements, deadlines, and documentation helping sellers move through complex situations with clarity and discipline. Her accounting background adds a numbers-first advantage in pricing, hardship packages, and transaction structure, keeping deals moving toward approval and closing.
